Progress indicator states folders are syncing for hours but they are not

Running the latest Entrouage 2004 with latest patch update.11.2.5

I have taken the followin steps
Have deleted and reinstalled the account
Have reinstalled the application

I get to about a week of current messsages and Entrouge will just sit
for hours saying it is updating inbox and sent items folders.

Backend config is Exchange 2003 SP2. OWA works fine.

Calendar and contact items update usually.

I am having the smae problem. I have made sure the Microsoft User Data
folder is excluded form Spotlight and this still happens. Ihave about 3
GB of mail onthe Exchange Server but I;m using it as an archive. ANy
solutions?
