Project 2007 - everything is read only

I thought the problem was, initially, related to the options menu. However,
I'm seeing now that on 3 different machines (including one system that was
freshly imaged), Project 2007 B2TR is entirely read only. I cannot enter in
any data - everything is grayed out. I can, however, open an exsting
project (eg, a template) and I can past text into a text box. Anything
else - any combo boxes or numeric or date fields - are completely
unavailable. Consequently I cannot do anything with it. One other odd
thing - the splash screen for Project 2007 doesn't have the program name (it
does show B2TR, but otherwise it's an empty box); I checked, and all the
other 2007 apps do.

I cannot find any common denominator as to why this is happening on 3
different machines. Any ideas on what might be causing this would be
welcome.

Hi Mike,

Did you install both Tech Refreshes? There is a separate Tech Refresh
for Project 2007 and you will need to install it as well as the Tech
Refresh for Office 2007.
