project asks me if I want to install speech reconginition

My version of MS project 2003 asks me if I want to install speech
reconginition each time I click.
Can you please tell me how to fix this issue?

Hello Vinod,

Go to Control Panel > Regional and Language Options. Click the
Languages tab and click the Details button. You should see Speach
recognition installed. Select it and clilck the Remove button.
