Project Center sharing problem

Nan Mossey

When setting up a project in the Project Center, I edited the categories to
read as a list of the people in our department. This way, when I create a
task, It shows immediately to whom it has been assigned.The problem is that
when another user subscribes to this project, all categories are reset to
None. How can I retain this piece?

I took great umbrage at MS one time when I exported a .vcf card for a
contact in my address book and sent it off, only to discover later that the
recipient was able to read that I had assigned this particular email contact
to the "Idiot!" category <g>. Could have been embarrassing.
