Project Center "View" for General use?

I love the dashboard style of the Project Center, allowing you to get a
quick glimpse of new email, tasks, events, notes, etc., all in one place. Is
it possible to create a view just like that which is not tied to a specific
project, but is instead sort of a "homepage" for everything?
