Project Server - 5006 Error on Single Machine Install?

Does anyone know the secret to getting PS2003 running on a single laptop with all of the other components? I am trying to setup a laptop for demo purposes and I cannot get past the logon page for PS2003. I am trying to access the site using localhost/ProjectServer and I have an entry in the HOSTS file for 127.0.0.1 for both localhost and machine name?

Any Ideas?


Notes - I think this is some sort of IP or connection problem since it works fine if I put the laptop on our internal network and can connect to a domain server.

Installed - Installed Windows Server 2003, SQL Server 2000 EE SP3, SQL Analysis Services SP3, Project Server.

Verified - DB OK, All Services Running, DB Connection Info Correct, IIS OK...
