Project Server file not matching Project Web file

We are using Project Prof 2003. We have been using it for a couple years
without this issue, but lately, updates made to the .mpp through MS Project
are not all showing up when viewing the project on the web. Have tried
republishing and clearing out cache, but didn't help. Any suggestions?
