Suggestion: Wish there was a way to set max units for a material resource, so
that material resource overallocations would get flagged the same way people
resource overallocations do. The only option (that I know of) to simulate
this with a material resource is to set it up as a normal resource, but the
problem is that this causes work on a task to be recalculated. This
shouldn't happen since the resource is not really doing work, but being used
up.
