Is there a way to do templates with a typical set of milestones that I
can drop in with each new project? I am trying to set it up for real
estate (listings, buyers, etc.)

It should be possible to set up something like this with categories and
applescript - I'll look into it.

That's what I've been looking for, too, either in this or another
program. I'm becoming a realtor, and each listing or purchase will
have the same -- very long and detailed -- list of tasks. Being able
to start from a template would make a world if difference. Daylite
offers that feature (marketcircle.com), but their software has a weird
interface.
