That's a rather odd attribution line...
It is sad, but that's the way MS implemented the ProjectCenter. Emails
aren's synced. It would be perfectly possible at least when using an IMAP
Mailserver as every message has a unique ID and other people could subscribe
to your IMAP Mailbox etc.
I for one would only need Syncing of Project Emails of ONE account as i use
entourage with the same IMAP acount on my Work-Desktop and another copy of
Entourage on my Laptop and would really love to have complete projects incl.
Email synced on both machines...
I've said this already once in the past few days:
Put the members of your project team into a group named for the project.
When you want to add an email to the project, Forward it As Attachment to
the group. Indicate in the subject or text of your forward that they should
add it to the project, which they can do by dragging it to their Email Watch
Folder.
In fact this can be automated: agree among yourselves to add [Project Name]
to the subject when you forward as attachment. Then everyone can make a Mail
Rule that if
<Subject> <Contains> <[Project Name]>
Then:
<Move message> to <Project Name Watch folder>
