Hello Entourage community...
Into:
Dedicated exchange server managed hosing (intermedia.net)
MsExchange 2007 SP1
Mix Mac's PC's

We are having a an issue with our Entourage, We connect fine to exchange,
but and view emails fine, 5 minutes later we get prompt to enter username
and password. "Mail could not be received at this time.. "logon failure:
unknown user name or bad password" I can't move beyond it.

Now its correct name and password, remember I m able to sync/download for a
while.

Please community helppppp

Open Keychain Access application in Applications/Utilities folder and delete
the entry for that account. Run Keychain First Aid. It's in the Keychain
menu under Keychain Access.

Go to Entourage, select 'accounts' from the Tools menu, choose the account
that was giving you trouble and delete that account. You should now be able
to enter the correct information. Type carefully. If you paste don't include
spaces.

In addition to Diane's suggestion, make sure your Exchange Server is
fully patched. You may need to also apply the hotfix mentioned here:
