Prompted for authentication while already logged into the domain

Hello all

Has anyone else experienced an issue where, even though a user is authenticated in a domain, everytime he opens Outlook 2000, he is prompted to enter his login information again. I know that he is authenticated in the domain because he is getting his shared drives and he is able to release and renew an IP address

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Check his mail profile. In the profile properties on the
Advanced tab, make sure Logon Network Security is set
to "Password Authentication" and not "None".
