Proofing Tools 2003 on Office XP?

We ordered Proofing Tools - the problem is that only proofing tools
2003 are available but we are working with office xp...
How can I install my licence of proofing tools 2003 on a office XP?

It's my understanding that it won't work - at least not the way it should.
You need Proofing Tools for XP.

but where can I get this tools for XP?
I was asking our distributers but they told me that only proofing tools
for office2003 are available...
I´m allowed to downgrade them... was me told.
Does anyone have this tools so I can download them for install with my
License of 2003?
