Proofing Tools not detecting all spelling mistakes

I am using Office professional edition 2003 with Proofing Tools 2003.
However, when working with Spanish and French documents the spellcheck fails
to recognise spelling mistakes. Can anyone help with this issue? Thanks in
advance.

Hi Gem,

If you check the words in a particular section be sure
that they are formatted with a style that uses a specific
language or that you apply a language to that particular
text. You also need to be using a text font (rather than
a font that has letter symbols).

If you have specific words that are not being recognized
you may want to also post in the Word spelling & grammar
newsgroup (link below) with the specifics.

Hi Bob

Thanks for your reply. I have followed your instructions and although some
mistakes are picked, not all of them are recognised. In certain documents it
does not work at all. I will try the Word spelling and grammar news group as
you suggested.

Thanks again

Gem
