Property Managers for Rental Properties

Does anyone have a spreadsheet that tracks income and expenses for several
properties. I received a post directing me to look at different locations
but none of them had a sperad sheet specific for rental income and expense
tracking . Would really appreciate one. Thank you

Templates are generally provided as starting places for you to modify to
meet your needs. If you found something close from the previous link you
received, then probably modifying it will be the best solution.

Hi, I'm trying to do the same thing. Any luck? I'm experimenting on
creating a template, but have limited experience.
