PROTECTED WORKBOOK CAN'T BE RESIZED

Excel 2000 9.0.4402.SR-1
I have a protect workbook where some cells are locked. I
can't resize the window. The tabs for other sheets are
hidden by the bars at the footer, so I have to deactivate
the view options to see them. Tks in advance for any hint.

The problem occurs in Excel 2002 SP-3 too.

That's an workbook I send to other people so they complete
some cells. I don't want they change the value already
written onto other cells.
