Provide a button on the taskbar for "close all windows"

I assume this means you have a newer version of Word. If you want, you can
revert to the older versions by opening Word, clicking "Tools", "Options",
and on the "View" TAB uncheck the 'Windows in Taskbar" option. Now only one
taskbar for Word will appear if you have multiple documents open and you
will need to click the "Windows" menu to select other documents. Personally
I would prefer to have individual control over my documents and close each
one out, but...

Hope this helps!

Even if you keep "Windows in Taskbar" checked, you can hold down the Shift
key while you click the File menu, and the Close item in the menu will
appear as Close All.
