Provide a way to transfer large files from Hotmail to disc.

I am secretary to Rotary. I have over 900 pages in my hotmail box that I need
to "give" to the incoming secretary. How can I do this other than transfer
them one by one. Can someone in Hotmail office do this, transfer all files to
disc, send them to me and charge me a fair rate??
