Provide intstructions in the help wizard on how to rotate and fli.

Does anyone know how to rotate or flip a text box in word? I use word to
create test study guides, and at the bottom of the page I provide the answers
in a text box. However, I want that text to be upside down, and I can't find
a way to do this.
