Why is it so hard to get a simple explanation of a menu command in Office
now-a-days? You used to be able to highlight the menu option and press F1 to
get a simple explantion of the command.
For example I was looking for an explanation of menu option: send pictures
from the internet (if Outlook 2003).
Instead F1 opens a new Search panel that takes up half of the window, in
which I have to type a question (it retains no context of where I hit F1),
which then searches all over my system and even out onto the internet for
dozens of remotely related topics, none of which explain the menu option I
was requesting help for!
