I have an installation that's been working for months. Today connection to
Sharepoint wasn't working. Admin, Manage Windows Sharepoint Services said to
run PSCOM+.

We were looking at SQL security setup on Friday (trying to resolve a problem
with a new installation) but as far as I know nothing was changed on this one.

When I ran PSCOM+ I got the message "The following component is not
registered properly: PjObjProv.PSStsAdm.1 Please Register the component
again with regsvr32 or reinstall Microsoft Project Server."

The latter is a fairly drastic step.

What DLL should I give regsvr32?

Any other comments or suggestions?

I solved it myself. The error message was a complete misdirection.

I found when I looked at the error log that the server was very low on
memory and COM+ had been stopped. Hadn't been rebooted for about 6 weeks.
Rebooted and problem went away.

Now I'm curious to know why it had gradually run out of memory.
