pst file from PC to Mac

Hi!
I'm a Office XP user, and thinking about buying a Mac. Does anyone know if
it's possible to export the pst file and import it to the Entourage 2004
version.
I reckon that microsoft must have an alternative for people that use Outlook
and not only for the OE users?!?
Unfortunately I can't find anything written about this anywhere!
Any help is highly appreciated!

Entourage cannot import directly from PST files. Fortunately, Paul
Berkowitz offers a popular script set, Export-Import Entourage, that allows
you export contacts, calendar events, tasks, and notes in a format that you
can import into Entourage. You can get the scripts here:

The scripts do not import mail. The Read Me, included free with the
scripts, gives detailed instructions for copying mail via an IMAP server
(you can get a free IMAP account at <http://www.bluebottle.com/>).
