Hi folks,

Is there any way to import a .pst - File into Entourage 2004? I have a large
exchange account with a lot of data outsourced to a .pst-file. The system
now changed from windows and outlokk to mac and entourage. I cant put back
the outsourced data to the exchange-server, which would be the easiest way.
But the amount of data is too much - it would kill our exchange server
(limited to 16 gig database size, unfortunately).

Any idea? Any tipp? Any import function in entourage 2004?

Thanks a lot for the fast help.

Greetings,

Frank

The instructions at that link are your only hope, but you'll need to modify
them a bit if your database is really greater than 16 GB. For one thing,
you'll need to be able to burn the database to a DVD instead of a CD after
you've converted it to .CSV. Second, the instructions are confusing when
they refer to exporting to the .csv "as in the instructions of the Outlook
section of the ReadMe in Export-Import Entourage" because, at that point,
you have not been told you'll need to purchase the Export-Import Entourage
scripts; that is the set of instructions being referred to.
