PST Folders show 0k but PST file is 70mb

When I open my PST file no folders are listed and using
the Folder Size option in Properties it shows 0 Folders 0k
in size. However the PST file within Explorer is 70MB. I
have run Scanpst.exe and it stated there were NO ERRORS
and that the file contained 14 folders and 234 items.

Does anyone know a way to recover the items within this
damaged PST file?

Any suggestions will be appreicated.
