Hi all ..
I'm a Mac user in a MS Exchange enviroment.
So you all know, I have most current patches, updates, etc. Permissions
have been repaired. Tried eveything I can before this post.
We are migrating from MS Office 2001 (OS 9 version) to MS Office 2004
(OS X version).
We have some users, myself included, who do use a PST file as an
off-line archive. I have downloaded MS PST Import Tool, current version
of the tool, Office and OS. When I run the tool and at the end I'm told
import was successful there will be a folder in Entourage with the same
name as my PST file that was imported, whose file name is simply,
Personal Folder.
Don't see it anywhere. All I'm trying to do is import 20 offline
e-mails. I realize I can do it manually by resending it or move it to
the active Exchange Server (using Office 2001 OS 9) and pull it down
from within Entourage (using OS X version). Which is fine for me since
there are only 20 or so messages. But I have some users who have well
over 1000 e-mails and contacts, etc.
Any clues ??
Thanks in advance and I look forward.
