Public Calendar items not showing in exchange 2003 OWA???

I have a mac user sending emails to a mail enabled public calendar on
Exchange 2003. This item shows up in the public folders on Outlook 2003
PC's, but does not show up in the same public folder when viewed via a web
browser...these same email calendar items sent from a PC
show up via the web based public calendar.

Why? How can I fix?
