public folder, forwarding and read receipt

Hello,

we have this set up in our company. When an email is sent to
(e-mail address removed), it is stocked in the public folder X. Based on
some rules we set up in the Administration of that folder, it will then
be forwarded to the right person based on the subject. Is it possible
to ask for a "Read confirmation" when the right person gets it? The
confirmation receipt has to be sent to (e-mail address removed).
