The pointy haired boss *finally* discovered that he can use the outlook
public folders by selecting them when he presses the "To" button.
The issue is that several of the contacts are listed multiple times (one for
each e-mail address and one for each fax number)
Is there some way to limit the list to only display the primary email address?
Ideally you'd be able to supress Fax, e-mail 2, and e-mail 3
Ideas? TIA!
