Public folders not accurately synching in Entourage

Hey folks

We have a few public folders that a lot of people access and we notice that
they are often not synching.
We are running Entourage 2004 with all the latest updates and an Exchange
2003 server.
We notice the same problems with shared Address books.

I¹ve tried forcing the Send & Receive schedules but the only thing that
seems to make it work is competing clicking out of the calendars and then
clicking back in them. Isn¹t there some way easier or have it schedule to
update every minute or two on the client or server side?

Have you copied these folders to the Œfavourites¹ folder? They should then
stay Œsynced¹ automatically.
