Public folders not showing

C

Costin Miron

Hi group,

One user created a subfolder into one of the public folders they have access
to but other users can not see this new subfolder even though permissions
are ok. This appears to be a cache issue as only users that previously
browsed this parent folder can NOT see the new subfolder. Users that never
browsed that public folder branch do not show this issue.
Empty caches did not solve the problem, Entourage 2008 running on MacOS
10.4.10 or 10.4.11

Thanks
Costin

Hi Costin!

Right-click or Control-click the enclosing folder and select Folder
Properties. Click the Empty button to empty the cache and allow it to
refresh.

Hope this helps!
