Public Folders under Outlook Web Access

Hi all
I have a problem where when opening public folders inside the Intranet via
Outlook Web Access they open OK, but if this is tried remotely using IE OWA
connects ok and acts as expected, but attempts to open Public Folders are
rejected with "HTTP Error 403.6 - Forbidden: IP address of the client has
been rejected." All premissions in IIS look OK.
Can anyone help?? PLEASE??
