Public Folders

Well, after testing Entourage 2004 with my first user, it seemed that
Microsoft finally had Entourage working well with our Exchange server.
I would finally be able to migrate users from Outlook 2001. Then, the
user tried to access his public calendar that is maintained by his
secretary. NOTHING!

Is it possible for Entourage to integrate in with both public and
personal calendars? Everything else was working as it needed to be.

Entourage 2004 doesn't support calendars and contacts in Public Folders. I
think you can set up delegation in Outlook so that the secretary can access
the user's calendar and make changes. Those changes should be accessible by
Entourage. The instructions are in Entourage's help article "Set up
delegate access in Outlook".
