Does anyone know why every time you launch entourage, it has to download all
the messages in a public folder?

It used to keep all the messages and just synchronize them. Is there
something you have to do to have it just download the news messages?

Hi Trevor!

Add folders that you'd like to cache and have simply update to your
Favorites folder. Otherwise, the main Public Folders will always
resynchronize.
