public journal /custom contacts template - Entourage '04

Greetings,
I have a client looking to connect his Mac (Tiger) w/ Office 2004 to
the corporate Windows Exchange Server. The question I have is would he
be able to access any public folders and particularly the public
journal and contacts folder that have custom templates for viewing?

The Resource Kit white paper only states "Entourage 2004 does not
provide full public folder or delegation support."

Entourage 2004 only allows you to see & access Public Folders with messages
in them; other data stored in Public Folders can't be viewed properly with
Entourage. Public Folders with contacts and calendar events remain
inaccessible to Entourage.

Do note that this is a quite common feature request and might be implemented
in the improvements for Entourage 2004 due out later this year.
