Public Journal Entires

We have a couple of public folders with contacts. Is there a way to create
a journal entry in a contact and have it AUTOMATICALLY save the journal
entry in the public folder instead of the user's private folder?

We're using Outlook 2000 and 2003. Can switch everyone to 2003 if
necessary.

It's easy enough to drag the entires into it, but an end-user is an end-user
is an end-user....
