We use a public task folder for our Helpdesk and individuals taks are
categorised by owner. Since we have upgraded to Office 2007 we don't seem to
be able to prevent the sub folders from expanding when you return to the task
view from another view e.g. mail or calendar. With XP the view defaulted to
your own sub folder but now they all need to be closed before you can view
your own tasks. Does anyone know if this is a setting then can be changed?
