Publisher 2003 Clip Art

I upgraded to Publisher 2003 and everything worked fine. Now whenver I try
to insert clip art I get an error messge: Clip Organizer cannot complete
operation Unspecified error: 0x80004005. I have searched the assistance and
I cannot find a solution. Can anyone help?
