Publisher 2003 doc saved as html, how do I force new window to ope

I have a 6 page web site. I want to force one or more pages to open in a new
window when their hypertext link is clicked.
I know this is easily done using FrontPage but I don't have FrontPage. Is
there a method to do same by editing the HTML generated by Publisher?
