Publisher template 8 1/2" X 3 1/2"

Is there a template for Publisher that will allow me to produce the same
brochure 3 times on a 8 1/2" X 11" paper, with a info on the front and back?
So each brochure would be 8 1/2" X 3 1/2".

You could start with a trifold brochure and edit that.

In page setup, custom, type, 8.5 width, 3.66 height. Publisher should say will
print 3 per sheet.
