Publishing forms to Organizational Forms

When publishing a form to organizational forms I get the
following error message. There are no articles in the KB.
"an error occurred while going to this folder"

Exchange 2000
Outlook 2002

All permissions have been checked and are okay.
If there are any REAL ideas about what is going on in
Exchange, please post a reply.
