Publishing problem - losing frames and pics

Using Front Page on my ME system. Has previously run fine
and published fine before getting virus that required
reformatting and reinstalling all software.

Now when publish all looks fine inside Front Page. Frames,
navigation inside frames, preview all worked well.

But publishing is a different story. Publishing process
identifies (with dialog boxes while publishing:) _borders
top, _borders . .etc. not found on root directory 'do you
want to delete'. I've tried both yes and no and get no
joy.

Site is limping along. www.rchomebuilts.com can anyone
suggest remedy?

1) remove all spaces from all file & folder names
- breaks links and illegal html
2) change your bookmark names to remove spaces and punctuation
3) make sure your local home page filename is default.htm
http://www.rchomebuilts.com/default.htm and check your nav view to make sure it has the home icon
4) Run a Tools Recalculate Hyperlinks and File Preview in Browser to verify all changes are correct

Are you using File Publish All from the File Publish dialog and if asked about navigation selecting replace?

You can also open your remote site (if it has the FP SE) using File Open Web/Site and entering
