I am having a really hard time publishing. It is my
first time and I keep getting the following messsage:
An error occured accessing your FrontPage web
files. "Authors - if authoring against a web server,
please contact the webmaster for this server's site.
Webmaster's - please see the server's system log for more
details." This happens right after I enter my user name
and password when publishing. Any help would be really
appreciated. Getting really frusterated!! :)
Thanks.

What did your host say when you contacted them and asked them to check the
server's system log?

If you are publishing using http://yourwebname.com and you are getting this error, have your
hosting company check or reset the FrontPage extensions.

If you are publishing using http://yourwebname.com and you are getting
this error, have your
hosting company check or reset the FrontPage extensions.
It might be important to note that enabling front page extensions on a
server may take up some space. I use a colbalt server and it take 10MB of
space. That is important if you are given minimum space for your website.

If 10MB for the extensions cuts into your content space enough to be a
problem you need to host it somewhere else. Web Hosting space is incredibly
cheap now.
