Pulbisher 2003 not saving sub page filenames

Web Page Options does not save the sub page filenames after clicking ok and
closing the program. Everytime the master htm pub file is opened, the sub
page filenames are missing and each page has to be re-entered over and over.
Any clues? or is this a gliche?

Note: I am not using spaces in the filenames
Does it make any difference if the filename is the same as the title name of
the page?
