Pulsating Cursor

Can someone tell my how to eliminate the on - off pulsating which occurs
when my cursor is in either of the Address Windows and the Subject Window
of a new message? I am not speaking about the Insertion Point, which should
be pulsating, but does not interfere with my typing.

AFAIK, that's the way it's always been. Do you have a problem typing
in the Address and Subject fields? The pulsating cursor shouldn't be
the reason. I've never had any trouble and my cursor has always
reacted like that in OE.
