I am running OS X, Entourage X for Macintosh, vers. 10.1.4
When I get emails forwarded to me from others the thread of emails that
follow the reply or forwarding messages have their apostrophes and
quotation marks changed to misc characters (my default font is Palatino).
All these emails are using common fonts. I'm not sure, but this may occur
from messages rec'd from PC's.
How do I stop this from happening.
