Pushing out O2003 via GPO

I am trying to push out O2003. It works through the gpo but it does not take the settings that I have set up for it. I am using a Transform file that I created from the O2003 resource kit. I think I have it in there correctly. When I look at the event viewer I see that I get errors 103, 101, 108, and 303. I have tried searching for answers but have not found any. Does anyone know whats going on. We are are on Wxp machines, the O2003 is assigned via the gpo.
