Put "add sender to search folder" on outlook drop down menu

When reading an email and you right click on the senders name you should also
get a menu choice of add sender to search folder. You should also allow
dragging of search folders from different pst files so that you don't have to
recreate each search folder for each pst file.

choose the option to find all mail from the sender then file, save as search
folder.
