Putting PowerPoint Presentations onto DVDs

R

ripper

I want to build a PowerPoint Presentation that I can play on a DVD player. Is
that possible or is there an easier better way to get the end result of a
slide presentation that can be played on a DVD player? I appreciate any and
all answers and help I can get. I am using MS Office 2003.
Thanks

Not a good use for PowerPoint as there is no direct way to output as a video
file. There are a number of application designed to do this. Have you
looked at Movie Maker?

Microsft Photo Story 3 is awesome! It does very close to everything that
Powerpoint does, but it's more intuitive. It lets you build music, or edit
your own. The reason I mention it in a Powerpoint newsgroup is cause I saw
a teacher asking about Powerpoint.
I taught my 6th graders to use PhotoStory *and* powerpoint. I think it was
easier when I started off with Photostory...

Perhaps because some of us are new to this group. Every day you get new
people here, are we all supposed to automatically *know* what has been
discussed before? :)

That's a very valid point Joe
