Q: Navigation Button Captions

Has anyone figured out how to change the generic "Record:" 1 or X navigation
button caption to something more user friendly? For example, on my form for
viewing/editing employees, I'd like the caption to read "Employee: " 1 of X.

I already know how to simulate these record buttons, but that takes too much
precious space on my forms.

Thanks Stephen, I've downloaded and used your solution in the past. I
appreciate the solution but just wish I could use the built-in nav btns. I
suppose if you don't know, nobody else does either. If you're listening MS,
please put a Navigation Button Caption Property in the next release!
