Question about Outlook XP Pro === not OE

Hello All:

I want to add a custom color to the color palette that you find in the New
Message Format Menu: (Open New Message) FORMAT --> BACKGROUND --> COLOR

Is there a way to do this? MS gives a palette of 16 colors and I would like
to change one or all of the colors given.
